Where is your retail location?

GK Cafe & Provisions located in the heart of Downtown Fort Wayne offers handmade pastries, artisanal breads, local groceries, and more. Find us on the corner of Berry & Harrison, open daily! Mon-Sat 7am-7pm Sun 7am-4pm

Where can we find the GK Pastry Truck?

You can find us every Saturday at the local Farmer’s Market from 9am-1pm. You can also follow along on our social media platforms @gkpastrytruck for an up to date weekly schedule.

How do you book the GK Pastry Truck?

Sending an e-mail directly to gkpastrytruck@gmail.com is the quickest way to get ahold of our booking manager! They will be sure to help answer any questions in a timely manner.

Do you carry special dietary items or GF/vegan Items?

We do have some items that are naturally GF or vegan that we love to highlight on our menu such as our macarons or vegan hand pies. We do not specialize in GF/vegan items since we produce such a large volume of products that contain wheat and dairy. While we may accommodate some requests we always recommend checking out other talented local bakers who specialize in these items!

Where can we find GK products?

You can purchase directly from us at our retail storefront GK Cafe and Provisions, at the Farmer’s Markets every Saturday from 9am-1pm or visit us at the GK Pastry Truck.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We unfortunately do not at this time.

How can I get a GK Gift Card?

Gift cards can be purchased and used at the GK Cafe and Provisions, GK booths or The GK Pastry Truck. Want to purchase a gift card as a gift? E-mail us directly at gkbakedgoods@gmail.com and we can process the gift card and mail directly to the recipient of your choice!

Do you have a loyalty program?

We do! Enter your phone number to sign up when you check out!

Do you do same day orders or have anything available right now?

For same day items we request you visit or call ahead to GK Cafe and Provisions! We are open seven days a week.

Do you cater?

We are able to cater! Fill out the form submission to see how we can help with your special event/wedding.

Do you deliver or ship GK products?

We only have delivery options available for large caterings or weddings. We do not deliver or ship retail orders at this time.

How much do your custom cakes cost?

Our custom cakes start at $45 for a 6” cake. Price can defer based on flavors, size and design.

What is the shelf life of GK breads or pastries?

As we make everything fresh to order without any preservatives our products are best consumed within 24-48 hours if kept at room temperature. Our products keep very well in the refrigerator and freezer and can extend the shelf life of the pastry to 1 week in the refrigerator and up to 2 months if frozen. To refresh the pastries we recommend reheating in the oven to crisp up the layers or by microwaving the cinnamon rolls for one minute.

Is Grace Kelly a real person?

Yes, Grace Kelly May is the owner/Pastry Chef of GK Baked Goods! Her first and middle name is Grace Kelly and her last name is May (no hyphen needed). She has no relation to the Princess of Monaco, although she is a pastry kween!
